I really like how journaling remains a central aspect for most creators. There's something so fun about keeping notations and thoughts private in a book.
For me it’s more about Notetaking. Way before the internet let me scroll forever, I had to take notes on paper and typed. I’ve journaled on and off, often just to mark something special. I had a 4th grade science teacher that made everyone take notes, and he’d check them all every week. So, I tried to make it fun. 😉
Most artists older than 25 certainly still take notes. It is part of how we all learned. =) Also, handwriting is such a fun art, in itself. Kudos to you and your notetaking skillz.
